Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation does not apply, if there is any force majeure situation (restrictions apply) for which you cannot make use of your reservation, contact as soon as possible before entering the Resort. If approved, change of dates will be applied, No Refund, subject to the rates at the time of the change. 

Deposit Policy:
The total payment for your stay will be collected before arrival.

Terms & Conditions:
Hotel Check-in time 3 p.m. Check-out time 12 p.m. Parking Available. A restaurant with buffet or a la carte service is enabled (this depends on the percentage of occupancy that we have at the time of admission) for Breakfast 8am to 10am, lunch 12pm to 3pm, dinner 6pm to 9pm, (Reception will provide a ticket with its specific time for Breakfast, lunch and dinner assigned for each meal time  for a better service and less waiting time) All inclusive: dinner, lunch, breakfast, snacks, alcoholic beverages within the established schedules. The View VIP Lounge: exclusive VIP area, prior reservation is required, it has an additional cost per person. • Entry to the property is prohibited if the reservation holder and his companions present symptoms of a cold or similar, or suspicious cases appear in related reservations. • Access to the property will not be allowed if the reservation holder or any of his companions refuse to check the temperature, do not respect the distance with the security officer, or there is any breach of the established protocols. . Security Deposit of $200 ( Credit Card or cash) must be requested upon arrival. •To carry out the Check-out process, an Inventory of the Unit is requested to verify everything is in order and complete for the next client. . Only the holder of the reservation (or an authorized adult) can register (check-in), always maintaining a distance of 1.8m with anyone who is at the reception or other common areas. • Pets are not allowed • Smoking is prohibited inside the property (penalty $ 250) • Proper use of room linens (sheets, covers, towels, covers, etc.) and pool towels is requested. Damage, stains or loss of them is penalized with an additional charge. • It is not allowed to bring cooking implements in our Standard and Deluxe units, penalty $ 200
