Below you will find the terms and conditions of Villas Sol Beach Resort - Costa Rica

Resort Policies:

 • Pets are not allowed in the Resort. Only service animals will be allowed, which must be duly certified as established by law. If a pet is brought in, the client must pay a penalty of $250 and in addition to this, the respective amount in case of possible damage to the property caused by the pet or compensation to clients who, in the event of any disagreement, file a complaint.

 • All guests registering must be over 18 years of age and must present an original ID confirming the reservation details at check-in.  At the check-in the Reception will require a credit card to place a guaranteed hold of $200 for stays of more than 3 nights in Villas -does not apply to the hotel-, to cover any extra or damage done to the Villa, during the check-out Reception will release the amount immediately.

 • Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out at 12:00 pm; in case of late delivery of the room, a 45% surcharge will be automatically applied to the account after 12:00 pm and until 5:00 pm, subject to availability. After 5:00 pm, the additional charge will be equal to one full night's stay, also subject to availability.

• Following Law 9028 “General Law for the Control of Tobacco and its Harmful Effects on Health”, smoking is prohibited in closed spaces and public places for collective use. Vaping is also not allowed. An automatic charge of USD $250 to your account is used if this law is not complied with within the Resort.

Rates:

 • Resort prices are in USD, per room, per night.

 • Our rates include a food package, entering with snacks and then dinner, breakfast and snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and ending with lunch.

•Daily activities.

• A welcome coffee pack is placed as a courtesy.

• Additional services such as coffee, canned drinks, laundry, external transportation, tours, birthday and anniversary packages, and other optional services for guests are not included in the rate

Warranty Policies:

• Only to guarantee the reservation, a credit card number is required. The hotel will not charge this credit card.

• The guest will be contacted by email to provide them with the payment method options available subject to the dates of cancellation of their reservation.

Cancellation policies:

We have flexible refundable and non-refundable policies, subject to seasons, they are specified in the detail of the rate and date to choose. Please check the "Cancellation Policy" when making your reservation.

Night restrictions are subject to special seasons:

• Long Weekends and Holidays: We require a minimum of two nights' lodging.

• Christmas and New Year: we require a minimum of four nights lodging.

• Easter Week: we require a minimum of three nights of lodging.

Food and drinks:

• Bahia Restaurant:

Buffet-style breakfast: 7:00 am. at 10:00 a.m.

Buffet-style lunch: 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

Buffet-style dinner: 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

• Coffee station: 4:00 pm to 5:45 pm.

• Main pool: Snacks from 11:00 am to 4:30 pm.

• Beverage service at two times: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm and from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Early-In Consumption:

For an additional amount, our guests will have the benefit of early entry to the Resort, starting at 11:00 am. with a food bracelet and use of facilities. Access to the room is at 3:00 pm.

Room service:

We offer service with a special menu for an additional cost, subject to choosing from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Other services:

• We have pool towel service: from 8:00 am. to 5:00 pm at the towel center at the main pool. After 5:00 pm, it would be in the Reception area.

• Internal transportation from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. The total travel time is 25 minutes.

• We offer free parking throughout the property.

• 24-hour security.
