Eating and drinking is a different experience in Villas Sol. We pride ourselves in the excellence of our food and the quality of the ingredients we use.

La Bahia Restaurant

La Bahia Restaurant is our rustic and main restaurant. La Bahia restaurant boasts one of the most magnificent views in the Guanacaste area.

La Bahía Restaurant offers you a panoramic view of the Gulf of Papagayo, while enticing you with hearty meals and refreshing drinks. La Bahía opens daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, usually offering a buffet style service, although at times (off season only) we also offer a la carte dining (lunch and dinner).

Each night we feature a theme dinner that includes: Italian, Mexican, Spanish, International, BBQ, Caribbean, and Costa Rican food.

Times

Breakfast: Our continental breakfast starts at 6:00 am. Full breakfast buffet starts at 7:00 am and ends at 10:00 am.
Lunch: Our lunch buffet service starts at 12:30 noon and lasts through 3:00 pm.
Dinner: Our dinner buffet service starts at 6:30 pm and lasts through 10:00 pm.
Dress code: no dress code.

Heliconias Restaurant

Heliconias Restaurant will blow you away as it is a definitive culinary experience.

A La Carte Restaurant: As our flag-ship restaurant, Heliconias serves up a mouth watering variety of a la carte gourmet fare creatively prepared by our In-house chef. Savor both local and international dishes spiced up with our unique Guanacaste flavors. Our Steak and Seafood are highly recommended.

Dinner: Dinner is the only meal offered at this restaurant; it opens for dinner at 6:00 pm and closes at 10:00 pm.
Reservations are required throughout the year.
Dress code: Casual.

Located inside La Bahía restaurant, Las Gaviotas Bar offers an unbeatable view of the Papagayo Gulf, local and international beverages and the warm, friendly company of our staff. Open 10:00 through 10:00 pm.

The Snack Bar

Snack Bar

The Snack Bar is available pool-side all morning and afternoon for you enjoyment. Snack, drink or rest in the cool shade and treat yourself to some “R and R”.

Come enjoy a light and invigorating menu of hot & cold snacks, seasonal fruits, and delightful cocktails, while admiring the scenic vistas of the Gulf of Papagayo. Enjoy music & videos, as well as a nice sitting area surrounded by beautiful evergreen gardens and palm trees.

Our snack service begins at 11:00 am and closes at 4:00 pm.

Wet Bar

Sip an exquisitely prepared piña colada in our wet bar at the pool by the Villas. Enjoy great company, good music and a refreshing ocean breeze. We prepare juices and beverages for all ages, including alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. Opens 11:00 am through 6:00 pm.

Romance Bar
